1. In case of material not delivered/supplied member will be given refund for that item.
2. Recovery of material will be done which are already supplied.
3. In case of quality issues, member will be given replacement or refund subject to verification by authority.
4. In case of variation in the rate at the time of purchase refund or recovery will be done as the case may be, based on average purchase rate to maintain equality.
